เกิดเมื่อ

ลง outlook connector โดยยังไม่มี account mail ปกติ เมื่อเปิดโปรแกรมมันจะให้ใส่ account msn เท่านั้น หากไม่ใส่ หรือยกเลิกก็จะเข้า outlook ไม่ได้ error เมื่อกด ยกเลิก มัน เจ๊ง … หรือเมื่อถอนออก/ลงซ่อม มันก็ยังคงเจ๊งอยู่..

วิธีแก้

control panel >Mail >Data files

Add data file ใหม่

แล้ว Add account mail ไปใน Add email account ไปใน data file ใหม่

แล้วลบ account ที่สร้างขึ้นมาจาก outlook connector

เสร็จแล้วเข้า outlook 2003 ตามปกติ

จบ.
