หรือ sudo aptitude remove --purge openoffice.org-core
remove OpenOffice.org 2.4.1 (ลอกมา)

dpkg -i *.deb
cd desktop-integration
dpkg -i *.deb

ลองอัพเกรดเป็น 3.0 beta มั้ง
เอาออกก่อน
sudo aptitude remove --purge openoffice.org-core
Download http://www.mirror.in.th./osarchive/openoffice/stable/3.0.0/
apt-get install alien
tar บลาๆๆตามปรกติ
cd RPMS
sudo alien -d --scripts *.rpm
deb -i *.deb
cd desktop-integration
deb -i *.deb

เตรียม mpg ด้วย vcdgear โหลดจากเวปvcdgear.com และลง libstdc++5 ด้วย
vcdgear แปลง DAT เป็น mpeg ก่อน
vcdgear -dat2mpg abc.dat abc.mpg
